AI Experts brokers consulting sessions between clients and independent experts. We are not the experts' employer and we do not deliver the consulting ourselves; responsibility for the content of a session lies with the expert.

Sign-in is passwordless, by a code sent to your email or by an access link. You are responsible for access to the email address tied to the account.

A user can be both a client and an expert.

At booking, the amount is authorized, not captured. It is captured only when the expert confirms one of the proposed time slots.

If the expert declines or does not respond within 48 hours, the authorization is released automatically and you are not charged.

A cancellation at least 24 hours before the session is refunded in full. Below that threshold, the session is treated as delivered. If the expert cancels, the refund is full regardless of timing.

The platform keeps a commission on the value of every session. The percentage is shown to the expert before the profile is published, and on every booking.

Contacting someone directly in order to move payment off the platform, for sessions started here, breaches these terms and may lead to account suspension.

The expert warrants that the information in their profile is accurate. Our editorial review reduces the risk but does not eliminate it and is not a guarantee.

We may change these terms. Substantial changes are announced by email at least 15 days before they take effect.
